The prices
The prices are indicated in Euro, are valid per week and include:
- linen, towels and courtesy kit,
- final cleaning,
- electricity costs,
- Internet access,
- parking
- VAT
Children
- Children up to 3 years are accommodated free of charge
Loundry
- There is a laundry room with washing machine and tumble dryer
Breakfast
- Bread roll service available upon request
Bus
- Guests are provided with the Val Gardena Mobil Card for the free use of all buses in the area
Pets
- We ask for your understanding that no pets are allowed
Booking
- The booking only becomes valid once the down payment has been received and the booking has been confirmed in writing.
Payment
Only cash payment will be accepted. The down payment may be done by bank transfer.

Cancellation terms
In case of cancellation, the down payment will be retained. In case of last minute cancellation, late arrival and/or early departure, the whole booking will be invoiced. Upon down payment, all general conditions, especially the cancellation conditions, are considered to be fully understood and are legally binding.
Touris tax
The tourist tax is 2.00 EUR/person and night. Children under 14 years are not subject to this tax.
Check-in and Check-out
The apartments are available from 3 PM on the day of arrival and until 9 AM on the day of departure. If you should arrive after 6 PM, please let us know.
